The Shuey House, built in 1908, is a Neoclassical Southern-style mansion located at 5218 16th Ave NE in the University District, three blocks north of the University of Washington. The Shuey House boasts four floors, 10 over-sized bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, a gourmet chef's kitchen on the main floor, a second full size kitchen on the lower level, and an immaculately designed and restored interior and exterior. It's quite simply picturesque! The Shuey House accommodates up to 27 students.
